Recovery protocol — mobility + sleep + journaling.
Recovery is the most overlooked part of getting good at BJJ. It is also where the biggest gains hide. The people you can't catch in training are not faster — they're more recovered.
What follows is the protocol we run, adapted from athletes who train at higher volume than any of us. It is intentionally boring.
